Wisconsin Rapids Health Services

Our story

The sprawling Wisconsin Rapids Health Services was built in 2010. The state-of-the-art building serves residents in need of short-term rehabilitation and others from central Wisconsin. Our facility occupies six acres of land we share with River Run Assisted Living. All of our rooms are private, which means that every resident is given the privacy they are used to at home. We have a team of dedicated healthcare professionals – nurses, CNAs, therapists, and administration staff that have an unflinching commitment to measurable health outcomes.

- Andrea, Medical Records/Central Supply Manager

“I am so thankful to be here and appreciate the care that all the staff provide for me and the other people who are in this nursing home. Everybody smiles and does their best, even though their job is not an easy one. My husband is not apprehensive because he knows I am well taken care of in this place.”
