Our Story
Located on Milwaukee’s south side, we have been serving our city and the surrounding area since 1994. Inside the walls of our center, we reflect the diverse community in which we reside and are proud to be active members of that community.
Each day at Sunrise offers unique activities, whether they take place in common areas or in our activity room dedicated to life enrichment. We offer private suites in our rehabilitation unit and private rooms on both our rehabilitation and long-term care units. Take in fresh air on our private covered patio where we often host outdoor summer events.
We recently were awarded a 2020 – Commitment to Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). The Award Program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. This award recognizes our commitment to the pursuit of quality and our focus on developing systems and protocols that meet our residents’ needs and provide consistent quality care.
