Soldiers Grove Health Services

Our story

We have been serving Crawford, Vernon, Richland, and Grant counties since our original facility opened in 1958. Soldiers Grove Health Services is located on 12 sprawling acres with several mature trees, raised gardens, and a natural creek. Driftless area artists display their artwork in our dining room and common areas to make our space even more welcoming. Our caregivers love our residents, and each one brings a unique set of talents and passion for those we care for.

What people say

Testimonials

“Everybody is so nice and wonderful. The people who help us, the nurses and CNAs, really make a difference in our days. I couldn’t be anywhere better.”

“If you want to take the next step to improve your quality of life, Soldiers Grove, or as I call it ‘bed, breakfast and beyond’ is there to put a big, proud smile back on your face.”

- Sandy, Resident Council President

“I love helping the elderly. Growing up, I helped my great-grandma around her house. Learning from her was the best. I love working close to home and helping to take care of local loved ones like they are my own family.”
