Plymouth Health Services

Our story

Plymouth Health Services was built in 1981 as an addition to Plymouth’s only hospital. The hospital has since closed, but the health center and assisted living facility continue to provide valuable services to the community.  Our small, beautifully manicured campus offers a quiet and welcoming environment for residents. We have compassionate, engaged staff members who go out of their way to provide a resident-centered approach to the care they provide.
