Our story

Monroe Health Services has been providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation care to southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois since 1965. We are nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood and are proud members of the Monroe community. Customer service is our top priority, and we make sure our residents have the highest quality of care. Our staff goes the extra mile to ensure that every resident has the support they need to feel comfortable, secure, and empowered.
