Lake Country Health Services

Our story

We have been serving Waukesha, Washington, Dane, Milwaukee, and Dodge counties since 2009. Our center is nestled in Kettle Moraine State Park surrounded by beautiful lakes and tranquil scenery. Our campus includes Lake Country Landing Assisted Living, and we’re conveniently located near ProHealth Care and Aurora Hospital. Our goal is to create an environment where our residents can be a partner in the care they receive, and they are able to develop trusting relationships with our caregivers.

What people say

Testimonials

“The entire therapy department is hardworking, committed, and caring. They were determined to see me succeed. When I arrived, I was like a turtle on its back. Thanks to them, I’m leaving as an eagle about to soar.”

- Carol, Former Resident

“Lake Country Health Services is a clean and beautiful place. The staff introduced themselves to make me feel comfortable. They were all amazingly helpful and had positive attitudes.”

- Susan, Former Resident

“Lake Country is a family. Residents meet during meals and activities as they learn different ideas from each other. If a resident does not have family that visits, the staff and residents adopt and look after each other. Lake Country is a great place to call my work home.”

- Alvina, CNA
