At La Crescent Health Services we are proud to create a family environment that embraces and engages our residents as our own. With our gorgeous views of the city and community known for being the apple capital of Minnesota, we are proud to support our surrounding area. We are also proud to serve many retired farmers in our center.
Located just steps away from the Wisconsin border, we enjoy the opportunity to live and work with residents of both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Our relationship with both communities allows us the opportunity to work with both Mayo and Gunderson Health systems as well.
