Ellsworth Health Services

Our story

Ellsworth Health Services has been an important part of our community for 60 years. We are an inviting, small-town facility that allows residents to remain close to their families and friends while receiving care. Our experienced team works diligently toward the same goal – we strive to make every resident’s stay the best it can be. By building relationships and getting to know our residents, we enhance their experience and center their care around their expectations, wishes and requests.
