Grow Your Career at North Shore

Whether your interest is caregiving or senior leadership, North Shore has a position to suit your needs and career goals. Start as a Certified Nursing Assistant and work your way up to Director of Nursing or earn a Nursing Home Administrator license to manage a center and mentor others as an Senior Executive Director.

As a Business Office team member at a center, or at North Shore’s Support Center located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, opportunities are available to support our centers and their mission to serve their resident population, staff, and community.

Tuition Reimbursement

We understand the importance of continuing education for our staff members so they can progress in their career, stay informed of the latest trends in the industry, and continue providing the best care possible to residents.

Our tuition reimbursement program encourages self-development by providing financial assistance of up to $2,500 per calendar year for certain education-related expenses. To be eligible for this program, you must be a full-time employee in good standing who has completed more than six months of employment within the organization.
