Our Story
Rochester West Health Services has been serving the Olmsted and surrounding counties for more than 30 years. We have a strong, long-standing partnership with both Mayo Clinic Health System and Olmsted Medical Center, including physicians and Nurse Practitioners who care for our patients throughout the week.
To ensure our patients feel prepared for transitional care, and that we know our patients before they admit, we have a liaison that visits all our patients in the hospital before they admit to our care. We share what they can expect for physical, occupational and speech therapies weekly.
In 2019 we were awarded a 2019 Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). This award recognizes our commitment to the pursuit of quality and our focus on developing systems and protocols that meet our residents’ needs and provide consistent quality care.
