Our story

Hopkins Health Services has been providing quality care since 2017. Located just outside the Twin Cities, we offer the convenience of being close to a large metropolitan area, but with a small-town feel. We provide a full array of quality short-term and long-term care, memory care, and hospice services. Our purpose is to foster a relationship of trust with our residents and their families, which gives each resident peace of mind during their stay here. We are always engaged, and we smile and offer a warm “hello” to everyone we serve.
