Sheboygan Progressive Health Services
Our Story
With a long history of serving the Sheboygan and surrounding communities since 1965, we have become a trusted provider of short and long-term care. We strive to establish trust with our residents from the moment they inquire about our center, and we are dedicated to growing that throughout their healthcare journey. We get to know them through our Guardian Angel program and then develop a partnership to engage each resident as a partner in their care.
In 2019 we were awarded a 2019 Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). This award recognizes our commitment to the pursuit of quality and our focus on developing systems and protocols that meet our residents’ needs and provide consistent quality care.
