Our Story
At Florence Health Services we strive to deliver the highest quality of care to our residents. Our center boasts a secure environment with the comforts of home. With dedicated caregivers who have been serving our residents for many years, we are a family. Our dedicated center van can conveniently transport you to appointments when needed. We also offer private Medicare suites and translation services.
We have been serving Florence and surrounding communities since 1970. Located in the heart of Florence, known for our snowmobile trails, ATV trails, and Pine Mountain ski hill, we are proud to be active members of the community.
We recently were awarded a 2020 Silver – Achievement in Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). The Award Program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. This award recognizes our commitment to the pursuit of quality and our focus on developing systems and protocols that meet our residents’ needs and provide consistent quality care.
