Our story

Delavan Health Services has provided healthcare for residents of southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois since 1970.  We offer short-term and long-term care, and we’re known for our progressive therapy program. We’re also proud to be a trusted healthcare provider for Veterans in our community. It’s our mission to create an environment that empowers our residents to be a partner in the care they receive. We develop trusting relationships between caregivers and residents, which allows them to reach their highest level of independence.
