“The WHCA/WiCAL Leadership Academy provided a great amount of self-reflection and real-life scenarios that are applicable to our daily work. This allows me to better understand myself but also how to be a better leader for my team.” – Rachael Bolder, Executive Director at Wausau Manor Health Services

“The Leadership Academy experience is unlike any other. This academy provides a safe space to learn, grow, and break down barriers that I didn’t even know existed. I learned so much not only about myself, but also about those I serve and lead. You start as individuals and leave as a support system for each other. I learned that not only are we powerful as individual leaders, but we are unstoppable together.” – Elizabeth Karmas, Executive Director at Sherwood Lodge Assisted Living

These individuals will be honored at WHCA/WiCAL’s 73rd Annual Fall Convention & Expo on October 24.
