Randolph Health Services Receives Deficiency Free Annual Survey

Posted on

North Shore Healthcare is proud to announce that Randolph Health Services has received a deficiency free annual survey from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. This is the second year in a row they are deficiency free as a North Shore Healthcare center, and third in a row as a team. We would like to recognize executive director JoAnn Evans and her entire staff for this outstanding achievement.

About Annual Surveys

The Division of Quality Assurance (DQA) of the Wisconsin Department of Health Services conducts unannounced surveys in Wisconsin nursing homes to ensure that each facility meets the necessary requirements for state licensure and, if applicable, for federal Medicare and/or Medicaid Certification. Surveyor visits are conducted for a variety of reasons, such as standard recertification and licensure surveys, follow-up verification visits, and complaint and incident or abuse investigations.
